Go Dial a Ride and Community Car Service

Providing convenient door to door transport for both regular bookings and one off journeys. Transport is provided by volunteer drivers using our Go Dial a Ride vehicle or their own cars.

Minibus Shopping Service

Offering monthly trips to larger shopping destinations i.e. Malvern Retail Park and Ludlow town (market day). These two destinations we alternate giving you the opportunity to shop at a range of national chain stores.

Day Outings

A great way to get out and visit places of interest both locally and further afield. These sociable excursions are becoming increasingly popular.

Group Minibus Transport

A service for local community, social and voluntary groups to book a minibus and driver at affordable rates. Please contact us and we will happily discuss your requirements.

Who can use our services?

We help overcome transport problems for anyone, young or old, with or without a disability or who simply do not have access to a car or to public transport.

How much does it cost?

An annual registration fee of £10 allows unlimited use with the Go Dial a Ride and Community Car Service. All journeys are then charged on a fare basis according to distance. Call us on our booking line and if you know where you want to go we will provide you with a more specific cost.

Wheelchair friendly?

Our minibuses and MPV are wheelchair accessible, please tell us at the time of booking if you need to use them.

How to book a journey

Our booking line is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 1pm. Ring & Go on 01885 488452. Journeys need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. However if you have a last minute journey, we will do our best to help.
